Hot Yoga in the Greenhouse

Experience mindful breath and movement among greenhouse plants. Join Ignit Sports at Iowa Outdoor Products' greenhouse for a Hot Yoga class surrounded by the beautiful sights and smells of flowers & plants. In these classes, temperatures range anywhere from 85°F to 105°F, and will help you sweat out toxins while you work toward increased strength and flexibility. 

After class, the garden center will open early for you, giving you time to shop or take a look at all the special items our retail store offers. This event will be held rain or shine. We will provide cold water and towels, but please bring a yoga mat if possible as there will be limited extras available.

*These classes entail physical activity in a greenhouse with a temperature of approximately 85°F- 105°F. If you are sensitive to heat or experience heat intolerance and/or problems with dehydration, you should likely avoid hot yoga. Hot yoga should not be performed by pregnant women or anyone with cardiovascular issues. Risks: dehydration, heat stroke, dizziness.
